Park opening

Upon arrival, park your vehicle in the Safari Lodge & Suite guest parking lot. This parking lot is free and secured by a digital code, the code of which will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. Then, bring your luggage to the Safari Lodge & Suite reception desk located at the park entrance. Our hosts will provide you with all the necessary information and will take care of your luggage, which will be taken directly to your accommodation.

Settling into your accommodation

Safari Lodge

A host will meet you at the designated meeting point upon arrival. You will then be guided to your lodge and provided with all the information you need for your stay.

Access to your suite is available from 4 p.m. A receptionist will provide you with practical information about your accommodation and how to ensure your stay runs smoothly.

Enjoy a unique experience with a 30-minute to 1-hour private tour after the park closes. This is a special time to observe the animals in a new light.

Safari Lodge

Your meal, prepared with fresh ingredients by our chef, is served in unique jars and delivered directly to your lodge before your arrival. Enjoy it in the privacy of your own kitchen. Main course to heat up independently in your kitchen space

The Safari Suite Hotel’s restaurant welcomes you for dinner from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in summer and from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in winter, with panoramic views of the cheetahs. A bar is also available for you to enjoy a cocktail by the fire, facing the lions.

A basket of pastries and fresh bread, prepared by our artisan baker, is delivered to you and discreetly placed in your garden or on your terrace.

A varied sweet and savory buffet is served in the hotel restaurant from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., facing the cheetahs.

Your stay includes a second day of visits to discover the park at your own pace and attend educational activities.

Our guides will take you on a journey to meet the park’s iconic species and teach you more about their lifestyles and the zoo’s mission. This one-hour activity will be offered to you upon your arrival..

Departure from your accommodation

We ask that you vacate your accommodation by 11:00 a.m. Your luggage will be delivered to the Safari Lodge & Suite reception desk, where you can collect it upon your departure.
